Every Pack Meeting the scouts are encouraged to bring at least one canned good.  In return they get an extra ticket giving them an extra chance toward a door prize.  Further, we have organized events including the National Scouting for Food day to collect money that is donated to Least of These in Nixa so we know that our efforts are going directly to helping our Nixa neighbors.

As much as they do for us, we try to return the favor by donating time by helping dig trenches to run new accent lights, money to needy families in the church, or Christmas gifts for families in need.

We have helped clean up candy wrappers and other trash after the Nixa Christmas Parade to help keep our community looking nice.
